I just started renting with Acorn. I dealt with the staff once over the phone and twice in person. They were friendly, personable and informative. It made it an easy and pain free experience. At this point I give them an A+ for customer service.
I moved out of three different units at different times of the year and they kept charging me as if I was still renting those units. If you do keep renting a unit for more than a few months they will raise the rates like all of these corporate storage facilities do. Same scam with every one of them. Hook you in with a lower rate and hope you don't notice or you're not willing to move your stuff again when it goes up. This is oddly specific but I love the smell of the place and it is very nice I appreciate how good this place is .
Clean environment. Extremely friendly management and staff.
