Great place to store things! Had great interactions with staff. No complaints.
Jeremy was very helpful with getting us set up with a 10 x 30 climate controlled storage unit. We were surprised at how helpful being a AAA member was in reducing the cost. After 11 months, here is our experience: Two nearly 20% rate increases within the 11 months. We decided to move to a much more economical storage in Rogers Minnesota. Acorn was very clean and Jeremy was great to work with, but the cost increases drove us away.
Facility is clean and has cameras everywhere which gives me peace of mind storing my belongings here.
Sign up was easy, good price for the size of the unit. Specific units might have 1st month promos, always ask first. Customer service is always top notch. Jeramey was great. Everything was easy.
