They have been fairly helpful. Although I when I went into the location and asked to sign up the gentleman said he didn't have time to do it and said I could do everything online and it turns out I accidentally selected a non climate controlled unit which is frustrating because I already did this with my last storage place so since I've been sick with the flu I sent a friend up there who is also a second contact on my profile. Jeremy was very helpful with getting us set up with a 10 x 30 climate controlled storage unit. We were surprised at how helpful being a AAA member was in reducing the cost. After 11 months, here is our experience: Two nearly 20% rate increases within the 11 months. We decided to move to a much more economical storage in Rogers Minnesota. Acorn was very clean and Jeremy was great to work with, but the cost increases drove us away.

Facility is clean and has cameras everywhere which gives me peace of mind storing my belongings here.

Sign up was easy, good price for the size of the unit. Specific units might have 1st month promos, always ask first. Customer service is always top notch. Jeramey was great. Everything was easy.
