Acorn made renting a storage unit a breeze. Very user friendly website and rental process. Additionally, the staff at Acorn was extremely helpful when I had questions. Very professional crew!

The manager (Jeremy) at the Champlin, MN location was very professional. He explained everything very thoroughly yet concisely, and was very patient preparing the paperwork for the storage area I was renting. After I provided the initial payment he showed me how to find my particular storage room. He actually met me outside and went with me to the room (which was on the 2nd floor). Great location, appreciated the discounted fees for the first 3 months. Unit was convenient and made the moving process less complicated.

Everything was great, until the price increases kicked in. A $20 jump without much notice was unexpected. It was claimed I read the email, but I'm guessing it was sent to someone else, because I didn't receive the email.

Nice facility. No problems. They do raise the rent after a few months, but all rental storage units seem to do this.
