Great place for storage. Amazing front desk customer service!
Acorn Mini Storage, in Cottage Grove, is very efficient and friendly. They contacted me immediately after my enquiry and upon moving out. I will definitely use them for any future storage needs.
Friendly, quick service and my storage unit was accompanied by a sturdy lock that is mine to keep. Close to my house and hours to access my unit is very flexible. Thank you!!!
Overall, not a bad experience. Initially the customer service was good and I appreciated that. They did help open the storage unit door when it was frozen shut, which was good. Prices did change on us after a few months which we were told could happen. Not happy about it, but it is what it is. Storage lockers work and keeps stuff intact. Not sure what else to say.
