Where do I even begin.... this organization, from Jennifer at the local office, who has since left as of yesterday, to Ashley the DIRECTOR of Clinical Access.... just poor management and oversight. 6mo process of getting my son started with ABA services in school only to be told TWO days prior that Jennifer was going to a different company, which then led to the school district being unable to allow the person taking over for her to have supervision as they were not an already approved person with the district. Overall this is a nice environment however , BcBa Alexa was very rude and unprofessional. She would gossip about the other employees at the clinic.
