Very poor communication and follow-through. While the scheduler was responsive, no one from the clinical team or leadership ever followed up on multiple concerns. I rarely received updates about my child’s progress, parent meetings were hard to schedule, and issues discussed were never addressed. There was also constant staff turnover, which made things worse. My daughter is going to acorn aba therapy from 1 + year . I am seeing progress and they are doing great job . Acorn aba therapy definitely helped my daughter with behaviors, tantrums and her communication skills are getting better day by day . I think patience and consistency is all we need to see a kids grow and be independent one day.. thanks to acorn who opened a center in Saint John's and had available slots to get my girl placed in..unlike other aba center who take 1,2 year just to place your kid

Where do I even begin.... this organization, from Jennifer at the local office, who has since left as of yesterday, to Ashley the DIRECTOR of Clinical Access.... just poor management and oversight. 6mo process of getting my son started with ABA services in school only to be told TWO days prior that Jennifer was going to a different company, which then led to the school district being unable to allow the person taking over for her to have supervision as they were not an already approved person with the district.
