After being with the Acorn for 10 months we get a phone call to tell us our two children won't be receiving anymore therapy. Why? Due to staffing issues. I asked why my kids, and was told amount of hours they receive to the amount they are allowed. They sent me a list of other companies near me. In 10 months we had 3 BCBA'S, God knows how many RBT'S. My oldest went a couple months several times with no services because they couldn't find anyone and then finally they cancel services for both my boys. Now we have to wait sever... read more
