We used Acordia Homes to build our home in Cherry Springs Ranch and we highly recommend Dave Ito. Dave Ito was our builder whom we liked from the moment we met him. Dave’s attention to detail is second to none. His knowledge in all aspects of the home build made him very easy to work with and giving us a home we loved. We started our home building process with a dogfish builder. About a month into it we were getting the impression that something just wasn't right. Dave from Acordia Homes was an acquaintance of mine, so I asked him to take a look at the project. He did and after one meeting I was sure Dave was the man for the job! There was never a dull moment on the job site. Dave was masterful in manning crews. I don't post reviews regularly as I prioritize my privacy, but Acordia Homes built our home in 2022, and we were very happy with the process, the attention to detail, and the financial bottom line.
