Hands down some amazing repair services, the tech who came out was great. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and made it so easy to explain how they work. Great work
Happy with the repair services. They were able to come out same day. yes they charge a service call fee to come out but it goes towards the cost and for $19 you cant beat that.
I needed a spring replaced and this company did just that. They were able to come out and replace the spring and fix any other issues the door was having. Job well done.
Beware. Doesn't quote price for assessment and once he comes out, charges an exorbitant amount. Make sure you get pricing upfront.
They did a good quick job - but WOW - did he try to take advantage of me. He was very late - almost an hour after his arrival window - didn’t even apologize - would have been nice to acknowledge how long I had to wait for him. My unit needed a back up battery - and he very much hard sold me on buying a super premium battery for around $400. I showed him a similar one on Amazon for $60.
