Shonna and team were exceptionally great to work with. Felt like I was working with friends rather than doing a business transaction. Super easy process with online tools, mobile app and signing made this a great and smooth process. The entire team answered all of my questions and concerns even with several mid-process changes that I needed done. Shonna even keeps in touch after closing.
