Imran answered my call yesterday on a Sunday evening and came first thing this morning. He brought all kinds of professional grade products to deal with the pavement ant problem i had in my kitchen behind my stove. This guy is super kind and caring, very professional and knows his stuff. He charged me an extremely fair and low, reasonable rate compared to the other bigger names in the industry. Acon Pest Control was professional, prompt, and friendly from start to finish. They quickly addressed the squirrel problem on our roof and thoroughly fixed the issue. The team reassured us that we would not have to worry about the squirrel returning, which gave us great peace of mind. Their work was professional, and their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Acon Pest Control to anyone dealing with animals on their roof or around their home. Excellent service!

I noticed a swarm of carpenter ants on an exterior wall of my house, with ants coming in and out of a weep hole. I called Acon Pest Control, Imran came out the very same day to inspect the situation. Imran took the time to provide a detailed explanation of what was happening, why the ants had established a colony inside the wall, and the steps he would take to resolve the problem. It was a pleasure to interact with Imran from Acon Pest Control. He answered all my questions regarding ants and ant removal. Imran worked quickly and efficiently covering all floors of my home. Imran & his colleague went the distance - I could not recommend a better pest control team. A raccoon had found its way in our attic and we heard chirping baby sounds. Imran went out of his way to install guards, one way door, and searched the attic for babies, multiple times. The problem kept recurring (not their fault - because the babies were well hidden in the soffit), and the team kept coming back patiently. Finally on the third try, two baby raccoons were extracted out of our soffit. Fingers crossed this should resolve... read more
