Their ketotrak ketone monitoring system is great! Unfortunately, though they still sell the meter--no strips available. The issue for the 1-star is NO response to phone calls. I'm an RN and recommend this for others, now I have no idea if the test strips will ever be available. C'mon, Acon, modify your phone system to say: Strips will be available (date), or Strips are discontinued so users can look to another product.
