Dr was kind enough to help my daughter but the triage nurse was rude, telling my daughter should’ve got seen elsewhere. She must not like Navajos. Because she told other patients, that some Navajo is being seen, will take longer, I over heard all the conversation in the Lobby. I’ve worked in the clinic field, patient’s condition or ethnicity should not be shared to anyone, HIPPA Rules. Very disappointed!
My number one choice for IHS. Never had to wait longer than 15mins, can always get me in and out in no time. They answer all questions and best of all staff is down to earth. Acoma over abq IHS anytime.
