Unfortunately I have had a bad experience. My appointment was made and confirmed through Booksy with and by Brent. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told by two different people that Brent would be “right with me”. 40 minutes later I was told “there’s a problem with your stylist and he won’t be able to do your hair.” This appt was for haircut and highlights. I can’t recommend Bri enough! I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and she worked her magic to create the most stunning chocolate brown color I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail is unmatched. The process was smooth, and she made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me every step of the way. The final resultwas stunning! my hair has never looked this vibrant and healthy. Bri is truly a master of her craft, highly recommend!
