Again, Pedro was the most helpful tech! He caught a new leak and got us ready for the summer. Acock has continued to provide service above and beyond our expectations and Pedro never disappoints.
James was very professional. He finished timely and explained about the service. I appreciate Acock keeping me up-to-date on maintenance of my heat and air.
WOW! The AC compressor would not start. Called a new compnay Acock out and asked them to do a leak check since every couple of years it seems to leak all the refrigerant out. He found the leak rather quickly due to the oil staining too. However he said that the unit was not repairable in any way at all. I asked him three times. Since I have been in the HVAC arena for quite a while I knew that this was BS.
