Chris was very professional and did a great job on our annual service. We have used Acock on several occasions.
I have to give a big shout out to one of the guys this morning. I was on Harrison street, and I realized I needed to turn on MacArthur and I was in the wrong lane, and the guy next to me realized that I needed over and he motioned, do you need over? I said, yes, he said, okay, I'll back up. He backup and let me over? That was really, really nice. You don't see a lot of kindness like that anymore. So next time I need there services, I will be sure to give them a call
Most knowledgeable service providers and Brittany the customer service lady is the sweetest person. Can’t go wrong with this company now several months later Brittany was forced out by the office manager. She was probably afraid that her job would be given to Brittany. Brittany was replaced with another girl who was experienced in this field and she said the work Brittany done and what was asked of her to do was the work of 2 people. The technicians are still wonderful. Updated
Acock Climate Control is Great!! The receptionist that took my information and schedule my appointment was very friendly and was very accommodating to my schedule. Hunter the technician showed up very friendly and performed the spring AC survice and was very knowledgeable explaining what he saw on our unit. I highly recommend Acock Climate Controls for all your Residential or Commercial needs.
