Anthony handled the AC buzzing issue smoothly. He swapped the capacitor, rinsed condenser fins, flushed the drain line, and checked wiring. Cooling stabilized instantly, and his professional explanations impressed me.
Made an appointment, and no one ever came. Tried calling in, and pricing was different / didn't have record of my appointment. I don't think this is an individual company, I think it routes to different vendors.
