I wish I could leave less the one star ! The are horrible ! Had to switch homes twice and STILL didnt have a working hot tub ! The dont answer the phone when they see your number on the caller ID and know you are having an issue and if they do answer there is no resolution or you cant hear or understand them ! SUCH A SHAME that the houses themselves are nice and close to the park but the customer servie is HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AWFUL !
Aco Vacations has falsely advertised its homes, I stayed at one of the homes it was completed not maintained, the carpet was very dirty, the furniture was broken and worn, the pool was very dirty. I have pictures to show all of this.
BEWARE!!! THE HOUSE THEY RENTED TO US WAS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!! MULTIPLE ROOMS! SEVERAL GUESTS WERE BITTEN! Company refused to give a full refund, even though we had to find and pay for another place to stay. Very dissatisfied, stay away at all cost.
This company was amazing and awesome and did an amazing job with our stay. The house we stayed at was perfect. My family had a great time and we will be using this company again in the future. Everything was clean and nice. They took care of everything. We also had a problem with check out and they we very accommodating.

ACO is Disgusting.....If I could leave no stars I would. Let me start out by saying once we arrived there was trash piled up on the porch. Once entering the house we noticed the area rug had dirt and stains. After settling in we found out the living rooms remotes had no batteries so we couldn't watch tv. The tv downstairs also had no sound. In the kitchen area the toaster was broken. The cook wear they supplied was the most cheapest and was used by 10k families lol. ACO Vacation Homes Llc is a HORRIBLE company. DO NOT do business with them. They are not responsive to complaints and are very dismissive about customer services. We went on a week long vacation last week and upon arrival it was terrible. The home had worms and cockroaches everywhere. The home had broken toilets, stained bedding and towels, no washcloths, not enough towels, dirty pool, no tv/internet, broken washing machine, broken pantry door, feces on the toilets, holes in the walls and just overall nasty. ACO is a complete scam! We arrived to the home with trash overflowed outside the home. None of the tvs were working. We did a ticket about the problems. A guy showed up to fix the tvs but he couldn’t fixed them. The trash never got emptied. We saw roaches. Last but not least I finished our vacation early because someone entered the home w/o our permission and used my credit cards.
