I agree with others that review. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. They charged me $300 deposit, and haven’t returned it yet. I have not received an itemized list of why it wasn’t returned and the trip was in October. The parent company is not any easier to work with. Ultimately they have stolen $300 from me. Please do not use, just pay the extra money and go with a reputable company.

I wish I could rate this place lower. NEVER use this company. Seriously! Use any other company available. First they do not tell you that there is a additional deposit of $150 until you are picking up the car. They tell you it is for toll roads and that if you do not use any it will be refunded. Three months later, countless unanswered calls and texts I still have not received my refund. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. Seriously use any other company besides them!!!
Big scam, charged double on my card and the car was visibly unsafe
Places like this remind me why I meditate. They were closed when I arrived to pick up my rental at 7pm as scheduled. Then they yelled at me for having to come back. The gate was locked. The place looks so trashy. They charge a bunch of hidden fees. You’re so much better off just paying a premium for a legit rental car service. This was a very unpleasant experience.
