This practice is literally proving that medical providers don't actually care about patients with chronic pain and I am truly disgusted at this point. I saw a provider on 10/6/2025 as a new patient since I just moved to the state and I am trying to establish care for my multiple chronic medical conditions that require pain management and I was told that I needed to sign a contract with the office in order to be prescribed the narcotics (standard procedure) and do a drug test(also standard procedure) but then after complying ... read more
Very rude office staff, talking over me and arguing. Very poor interaction. We were attempting to give information about our mother’s deterioration, with legal paperwork the office manager refused to recognize. Update: shortly after this interaction, my mother had a serious fall and was air lifted to a trauma center. My husband again visited this office and was treated rudely and in an aggressive manner, as he tried to provide medical power of attorney! The office manager is on a power trip! Update: shortly after this interaction, my mother had a serious fall and was air lifted to a trauma center.
