Very rude office staff, talking over me and arguing. Very poor interaction. We were attempting to give information about our mother’s deterioration, with legal paperwork the office manager refused to recognize. Update: shortly after this interaction, my mother had a serious fall and was air lifted to a trauma center. Very rude office staff, talking over me and arguing. Very poor interaction. We were attempting to give information about our mother’s deterioration, with legal paperwork she refused to recognize. Update: shortly after this interaction, my mother had a serious fall and was air lifted to a trauma center. My husband again visited this office and was treated rudely and in an aggressive manner, as he tried to provide medical power of attorney! The office manager is on a power trip!
