John from Acme Ventilation was very professional and thorough in cleaning our vents. He patiently explained the cleaning process to my family, because we haven't gotten a cleaning in over a decade. He cleaned inside the vents as well as vent covers. John also went above and beyond by identifying a loose dryer pipe during his cleaning of the dryer vents and fixed it for us.
