Fast unloading
After trying to find a replacement cord locally for an orbit pencil sharpener, I contacted Westcott to see if I could purchase one from them. I received a quick response with instructions to return the sharpener to them, even though I didn’t have a receipt and the sharpener was over a year old. In a short time, I received a new sharpener. This is certainly an excellent example of positive customer service. Needless to say, I will seek out their products in the future.
