Unaccommodating to the working population. Would not provide basic information about their cost of services over the phone. Only would speak to me if I scheduled an onsite inspection which was inconvenient to me (weekdays only from 8-5).

Chance from your company came by for our second estimate. He spent about 30 minutes looking over every piece of wood in our house with the flash light and his special little "poking" tool. He was incredibly thorough, answered all of our questions and was very friendly. As it turns out, because of his thorough inspection, we learned that our termites were coming from the outside where there is a bit of a "forest"-not from inside the home.
