I bought a fireplace insert a year and half ago . The pilot light will not ignite. I contacted you twice by phone and twice by email. No response. I get COVID, but you could at lease respond. I guess you don’t service what you sell.
RecommendedOne of the good companies to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had a small issue with installation after they had left. Sent an email at 7 am on a Friday and had a response in under 5 minutes, they were out to fix the issue by 9am! You don’t find customer service like this often. Thanks to Gordan and team at the Richmond location!
Horrible company to try to do business with so happy I didn’t spend a dime with them
Poor installation service. The crew sent to install our stove has been unprofessional and incompetent. At each step that have not done things correctly and have had to come back out multiple times to attempt to fix the issues, but they still are not fixed. the last straw is the chimney Cap they just installed that looks horrible, it looks like something a child attempted to build out of aluminum pans. When we contacted them to question this we were told that is how they install them. For the money spend we expected much more... read more
We bought our Napoleon grill and Big Green Egg from them 3 years ago. The only grill they had was at another store and was the store model which was fine with us because it was already put together. The one they had us pick up was actually an upgrade to the one we purchased. We did call and let them know and we all agreed on an extra cost that was somewhere in between the price difference. That worked for us because we had already moved it to the back porch and that grill is heavy. They have always been very nice and helpful... read more
