Technician was professional, courteous, very thorough, and happily answered my questions. He did not try to pressure sell me any service contracts, but did offer to have information sent to me if I was interested. I felt the rate was fair for the work was done. After the repair work was done, the technician cleaned out the unit and cleaned up the area he had been working. I will definitely be using Acme Service again and I am considering the contract for routine maintenance.
