Tried to move out months ago, spoke to someone and said it was handled. Now I’m slapped with a $215 bill for the past months plus lien fees and late fees
This facility has changed ownership to KO storage. We had an awful experience. We moved out a week ago. We suffered a significant loss. When our couch, chairs, mattresses, etc were moved back our house, they were putrid. Things were chewed up, there were mouse droppings, and they smelled from rodent urine. It was absolutely disgusting, and a health hazard. We had to trash them. Our movers said it has happened before, and the older facility was known for problems. We tried to speak with a manager at KO.
