Tried to move out months ago, spoke to someone and said it was handled. Now I’m slapped with a $215 bill for the past months plus lien fees and late fees
This facility has changed ownership to KO storage. We had an awful experience. We moved out a week ago. We suffered a significant loss. When our couch, chairs, mattresses, etc were moved back our house, they were putrid. Things were chewed up, there were mouse droppings, and they smelled from rodent urine. Great, clean storage units, never had any issues and been with them almost a year now, and great pricing!
trash could not get into storage unit also why is every other storage buildings open on Sunday ALSO MANGER PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER CAN NOT GET INTO A STORAGE UNIT EVEN IF IT IS ON A SUNDAY thank you
