They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. Get your stuff out now if you have anything of value in this location! Beware of mold, roaches and vermin droppings. I went by five days ago for the first time in a long time to find the interior of the building to be hot and humid. I notified the corporate office and spoke the next day with the facility manager; he confirmed all three hvac units are out. They’ve evidently had hvac issues for quite some time.
