What a great company to work with. They actually arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled. It happen to be raining the day we were scheduled for service. They told us they wanted to be here so they could start as soon as the rain let up. That was no problem for us. They cleaned our house/foundation, our roof and our deck. We weren't sure how the deck was going to come out, but it looks fantastic, along with the roof and the house. Acme arrived as scheduled and washed my house, fence and shed. I was impressed with the results and the job was completed as quoted, no surprises. Very pleased.
I had an excellent and very pleasant experience with this company. They came out and gave me an estimate for washing the house, scheduled it quickly, handled a last minute change with aplomb, contacted me when the schedule changed due to the weather, and did an excellent job of the washing itself, with the workers clearly going out of their way to do a good job.
