We used this company for several moves and really appreciated their good service. Then we used them for simply moving some furniture to our garage in order to resurface our floors. They dropped a custom piece of glass that was part of a Roche Bobois piece which of course shattered. Notwithstanding their commitment (which we took at face value) to get the glass replaced, they only paid $300, their obligation under the agreement.
