Best service ever. Head and shoulders over big pharmacies
Worst customer service. The dumb cashier's don't think they have to bag and customer service is no help either.
The ladies who work here are always so kind and very helpful.
After years of going to CVS and RiteAid, we switched to ACME because our hideous insurance company forced us to. I am happy they did. The staff at the ACME in Yorktown Heights is very helpful, thorough, and best of all, HUMAN. I can praise them enough for their efficiency, decency, and kindness. I would not go to any other pharmacy. No waiting, no nonsense, no foolish gatekeeping--and they help you with prices and coupons when they can, too. A great find.
The staff is always attentive and caring, while remaining efficient and professional even during the busiest of times. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Annabelle goes above and beyond for her patrons. I am grateful to her for always being so compassionate and so mindful of our families needs!
