Yesterday I ordered groceries from this supermarket online, planning to pick them up tomorrow morning, but today I was notified that my order was cancelled. The text message said I requested the cancellation myself. I believe they deliberately cancelled my order because they think online prices are too cheap. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. And when I reordered, the price had changed! Anything can happen.
Google shows that this Acme location is open until 11:00 PM, but when I arrived at 10:54 PM to pick up emergency groceries, the security guard informed me the store was already closed. It’s frustrating to rely on posted hours—especially when making a late trip for urgent items—only to find the store shut before the listed closing time. If the store closes earlier than advertised, the hours on Google should be updated to avoid inconveniencing customers.
