Brian the manager answered my questions and offered his card to call him if I had questions when I was re-keying my door locks, he sold me exactly what I needed and the service is awesome

Brian at Acme Locksmith is the man! He definitely went above and beyond for me and I brought in a headache of a situation. I definitely recommend ACME and especially Brian at the 12th St & Glendale location.

I had the best customer service ever from this kind of businesses. His name is Brian from the Scottsdale location. I come from the legendary Ritz Carlton service culture and I can say he is Ritz Carlton material. Thank you Brian!!! You are definitely 5 stars!
