Wow, great service. Fast and reasonably priced – Scott was incredible! He was professional, quick and really knew what he was doing. There were no surprises from the quote on the phone to the price we paid and Scott arrived within an hour of my initial phone call and completed the job fast and accurately. Very positive experience – Matt from Acme performed in an outstanding, professional way. Did much more than rekey our locks...helped us with many other security issues, most especially our garage door opener.
Great Service, Sean was a big help – We just bought a foreclosed home in the east valley. The bank didn't know how to remove the lock properly and drilled through the faceplate of the cylinder (not sure if that's the technical term) until they realized that wouldn't work. They eventually removed the lock (and replaced it with a temporary one) but not until after they destroyed the nice appearance of the original one.
