My furnace broke down unexpectedly, and this company came out the very next morning to do a complete replacement. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. Being New home owners , and our furnace all a sudden stopped. Philip came over asap at night to help us fix this issue and bring heat back into our house! Very smart and professional. Installed a humidifier that wasn’t working to begin with. They did come and fix that. Now it is leaking water everywhere. I’ve called, left a voicemail, and texted numerous times, they aren’t answering their phone.

We live in Hythe not Grande Prairie. We were very impressed that Philip and his crew showed up when they said they were going to. They were very polite and professional, explained everything, cleaned up and took the old furnace back out of the basement for us at no extra charge!
