Awful front desk experience and no reply when i followed up about it by email
AWFUL front desk experience, truly never experienced such unprovoked rudeness from reception staff at a hotel, think their names were Val and another guy, Mike possibly. If they hate people as much as it seems they do, then why work in a hotel..on the FRONT desk
