Run! Don’t walk! We recently purchased a home elevator from ACME Home Elevator, a division of Stannah in Franklin, MA. This was the most horrifying experience of our lives! From the very beginning, when the Salesperson was “too busy to come out to measure the job.” This resulted in a faulty order, which ACME flatly refused to fix unless we paid an additional $5,000.00!
