Great people and had very good experience at Acme Home Care.
Such amazing people, very helpful, great agency, and they take care of my mom very well. I would 100% recommend this agency to everyone who really needs it. The atmosphere is very welcoming and nice. They can also translate languages if you don’t speak English.
The customer service was terrible. The person I spoke to today was mean, rude, and disrespectful. He didn’t provide his name and immediately started arguing and yelling. They didn’t properly answer the phone and were speaking over the speaker instead of using the handset. When I asked him to pick up the handset, he began shouting even more. Eventually, he simply hung up on me. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. 0/10. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I hope this review helps others.
