I have been a client for years. The service appointment at my house today was disappointing. My calls with their customer service people, including with a senior exec, were so appalling that I decided to write a review. If Los Angeles were hit with a freak winter storm, polar vortex, sub zero temperatures... And my furnace needed repair... And ACME were the only service people available... If there we was a company to truly deserve a 5 star review, it’s Acme! From their punctuality to their great communication, they have your back! Imagine peak season, your insurance company gives you 60 days to get 32 units serviced and inspected, and your managment company doesn’t tell you for 30 of those days! Acme somehow squeezed us into their schedule and saved us thousands! I cannot thank them enough!
