After painting done
I have to come 2nd time to pick my order today. And even 2nd time my order was not ready. ( just 1 mirror ) Then I have to wait 25 minute more. Worker blamed office girl didn't tell us the pickup time. And girl saying worker forget....... I hade the same kind of experience with acme glass few months back also.
The worst company, the worst treatment, and the worst manager. My cabinet door broke, so I took the opposite side so they would make the same door for me. They took it and it remained with them. They told me it would take a week and they gave me a specific day. When it was gone, they told me: We are sorry. We made it, but it broke with us. We will remake it again and we will contact you within two days. They did not call, so I went back to them and they said the same thing. Poor service! I bought a glass door and given me wrong size for 3 time.I have to visit Abbotsford from Surrey 3 time.the front desk need to be bit more professional and have some more knowledge about what they say!!!! Second one they point out minor scratche which they should have noticed once giving and later refused to exchange.should have been exchanged with a professional installer.
