Since they were acquired by Marmic, customer service took a nose dive.
Recently needed some help getting up to compliance with one the federal veterans groups so that we can provide services. Please with their help from A to Z. Delivered new extinguishers that were tagged and appropriate for our needs at a fair price.

Terrible customer Service, impolite to one of my guys at Century Link. Entitled and ungrateful for the help that we provided.
Had a small grass fire and used my 5lb fire extinguisher. Found them online and stopped in. Was quoted “under $25” to refill and recharge it. Seeing a new fire extinguisher was only $40, this seems perfect. They called me the next week and told me it was ready. When I go to pick it up they say “That’ll be $78.” There was some arguing between the girl at the counter that quoted me and a woman behind some computer screens. I was rather frustrated.
