Amazing experience!! Gary and Matt found a leak a few feet underground and nowhere near our water meter and house. In less than two hours, they drained our water line, injected gas, and pinpointed the leak using gas sniffers. They also helped with finding a contractor who would repair the leak on the same day. Last but not least, Gary and Matt are a pleasure to work with, explaining every step along the way. I highly recommend them!
I had 2 leak detection companies come to my property to find an irrigation leak. One left with an equipment failure and no backup, the other misidentified both the leak and pipe location. Acme came the day after I called them and in 2 hours had identified a 3 foot diameter circle where the leak was. Gary is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. We had a gas leak and were not sure if the first company that came out to test performed the proper tests. I spoke with Gary from ACME and came the next day to check things out and was very detailed in his explanations. After leak was found and the plumber was installing the new line, Gary came back to make sure the work was done properly. He reached out a few different times to check in and make sure everything was properly restored.
Gary was fantastic and runs a great local business. He returned my call quickly, scheduled a visit and found the leak within an hour. He also checked the water pressure at my house and gave maintenance suggestions for my irrigation. Give them a call and hire this amazing small business.
Excellent company. We had a ceiling leak and Acme was the only company that was able to detect the problem and they return calls right away.
