Had a great experience the staff super friendly and helpful, really professional.
Showed up to my basic teeth cleaning appointment 20 minutes early. Several people who walked in after me were called in before me. I ended up waiting an hour without ever speaking to the dentist or starting the cleaning. I went to the front desk to reschedule and they didn’t offer an explanation or apology. I walked out and won’t be back.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mohammed Mir. He was incredibly helpful in resolving my dental problem and took the time to understand all of my concerns and needs. Dr. Mir is attentive, responsible, and truly dedicated to his patients. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure that every concern is addressed.
