They discriminate against women of color and their hair
My friend recently got hired at Acme Delicatessen she had weave when she got hired. yesterday she came home crying because she went to work with her natural hair and her General Manager named Justin didn't even have the decency to pull her to the side but instead in front of the staff called out about changing her hair for work.... Today it happened again and she walked out.... IM PISSED.... she asked me to stay out of it but I can't
I hate to see this please continue to fail. The first mistake was going from the burger joint to a deli a few years back. They have finally managed to get some reasonable price points, but the consistency of the food is lacking. They also seem to fail at recognizing they are smack-dab in the middle of a transportation hub. The to-go packaging is hardly commuter friendly.
They made my sandwich the way I liked.
The Rueben was wonderful, and I even have to ask for no salt to guarantee hot fries.
Super disappointed. I paid $10 for a sandwich that came on plain (squished) white bread, and asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles on it. I was rushed by the person at the cash register to pay while they made my sandwich (there was only one person behind me) and yet I still tipped. Walked back to my workplace and there was no lettuce and barely any onions. I could have made a sandwich or this quality at home for much less.
