Gone downhill, customer service used to be good now you can tell they don’t care about you anymore. Don’t even give out free water anymore. Not in college park either.
Great service and staff!
After using the ACME Westmoreland Street facility exclusively for 30 years, I'm moving on. I believe it is under new ownership. Shirts take 2x-3x as long as they did before, they don't do anything onsite (good luck asking for them to press something), and the customer experience is poor. Hate to go elsewhere but have had enough.
