I am out of state and had a hot water heater break. Steve came out immediately and took care of that problem and others for me. He is honest and goes beyond what is expected of him. I recommend him highly.
Came out to clean my old carpet for my apartment, and rather than take my money, he let me know it would probably need replaced anyway and to save my money. I definitely appreciate the honesty!

My son had gotten sick on our staircase and everywhere I called required 150.00 minimum fee....I didn't need my entire carpet cleaned! The owner at ACME was flexible and we were able to work something out that worked for both of us. The cleaining job they did was amazing! They also sold me some carpet cleaner that works magic....I am a clean freak and very detail oriented.....this is the only cleaner I have ever used that doesn't bleach the color of the carpet but still GETS THE STAINS OUT. I will be using ACME again.

Thanks to Steve and his assistant, the carpets at our boutique were restored to their original condition. The dirt was ground in and I truly thought they would need to be replaced. They worked very hard, showed up in time and were reasonably priced. I couldn't have been a more satisfied customer.
We bought a 3 year old home. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in all 3 years. We were going to replace ALL of the carpets for a grand total of approx $17K. After convincing my wife to try and get them cleaned (we NEVER thought that someone could get them cleaned) I looked online and ACME came up. I called Steve on Christmas day (expecting to get an answering machine) he was courteous and made an appointment. I called ACME to clean my carpets. They removed a dog stain and did an outstanding job. I am thrilled with the service I recieved.
Had a party planned and the dog got sick. Steve came out in less then 24 hours and got my capets looking like new! Call him, he is fast and does amazing work!
