Been stopping in pretty regularly for the last 6 years, and I have to say today was the worst experience I have had in a long time! Not very busy and it took 45min to get our food while we waited the server ignored us after not even asking if we wanted drinks when she took our order. My husband and I were gifted a Gift Certificate for Christmas and decided to take a drive today to have some lunch. We ordered two burgers. I ordered the Blue Cheese and he ordered Twin Sisters. On the menu it says the Twin Sisters came with a variety of cheese, his only had cheddar. Our burgers were ridiculously dry and the buns were so crispy it literally split in half when I took a bite. I don’t know what happened to this place. The food was great and then Frances fired all her good cooks. It’s run like a side show where the wait staff comes in and out whenever they want to. I’ve seen the waitresses steal from out of the cash register. I’ve seen the owner Frances working drunk. She lets some people mix their own drinks. It’s just a crazy place now.
