I'm dealing with the store on Luna Road in Carrollton. It's been the worst experience ever with any type of supplier. I purchased the tile 4 weeks before my bathroom upgrade, just to make sure my project wasn't held up by not having the tile. The contractor went to pick up the tile to begin tiling & found that American Tile had accidentally sent my [paid for] order to Houston to be sold in their outlet store.
