We purchased brick for our home from them, they came out and measured and ordered the amount of brick, stone, mortar and sand that he thought would be needed. We ended up having extra of everything including 1 full pallet plus 1/2 of a pallet of mortar left over. We called to have them pick up the full pallet to get a refund. When they came a couple weeks later to pick it up we called multiple times to find out how to get our money back and never got a call back.
