Our trip today was another negative experience with this location. The person at the front desk wasn't welcoming at all. My wife and I went to this location to see if ACME had a white brick for our spec home build, and the first greeting words were 'we don't allow dogs' instead of how can I help you? She then asked what we needed, and I explained about 8,000 brick for a spec home, and her tune changed. At this point, my wife and I turned around and walked out the door. Denise Esparza (NLR) is amazing! She was a tremendous help in answering questions about our brick and assisting us with an issue. Denise puts the Customer first and it is very much appreciated!
Called to check on the delivery, and was sent to a lady named Christy, she was very rude, horrible customer service, and claimed the managers where going to be off all week. I Will never order from here again.
