Very poor customer service. Mark the salesman at the Tulsa showroom worked hard to get my $7000.00 order, then It all went bad. Took 10 weeks to get my Coronado stone delivered. Then realized the sill stones that I picked out in the showroom were never added to the order. After a month of trying to get them ordered I contacted Coronado directly and ordered them with another company for half the price Acme quoted and had them delivered within a week.
