The face of Acme, person behind the counter, answering the phones, MUST be the owner because nobody but an owner treats people like that and thinks they can keep their job! I didnt think it possible that the angry unprofessional apathetic woman who answered my call could be worse in person than she was in the phone but I was wrong. She was actually demonstrably worse in person Don’t hire the unemployable to be the face of your business.
After a phone call and the process of dropping off our car we almost decided to cancel appointment and go with a different company based on the way we were treated by the lady up front. We felt like we did something wrong by calling and asking for a quote along with asking where to put our car while dropping off. While driving by later while out doing extra errands, we saw that the windshield was replaced. Replaced windshield and very pleased they even went the extra mile to tuck in the dash camera cords.
Just called for a quote , person over the phone was extremely rude and seemed as if she didn't want to take the call ! Shame on her
The best! I was able to get an appointment super quick, when I arrived it was a super short wait for them to fill the 2 small chips I had in my windshield, and they charged me less than half of what I was quoted at 2 other shops in town. I would happily recommend them and definitely return.
