Avoid this place. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The tone on the phone alone was enough to make me go somewhere more reliable.
Windshield replacement service was fast, affordable, and the hour in the waiting room went by easily chatting with the friendly and hilarious Crystal at the front desk. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
The face of Acme, person behind the counter, answering the phones, MUST be the owner because nobody but an owner treats people like that and thinks they can keep their job! I didnt think it possible that the angry unprofessional apathetic woman who answered my call could be worse in person than she was in the phone but I was wrong. She was actually demonstrably worse in person Don’t hire the unemployable to be the face of your business.
After a phone call and the process of dropping off our car we almost decided to cancel appointment and go with a different company based on the way we were treated by the lady up front. We felt like we did something wrong by calling and asking for a quote along with asking where to put our car while dropping off. While driving by later while out doing extra errands, we saw that the windshield was replaced.
