At first, I had a bad experience with the doctor up there that I kind of felt as if he didn’t really put all his patients first in certain situations when he was handling them in their cases, not gonna say his name cause I’m not trying to bash him or anything like that it just was he wasn’t the doctor for me. I think he was spread tooth thin for everybody so I was so so excited when I got a new doctor and I absolutely love her like I love her like she is amazing. She’s so attentive. I really liked my doctor and nurse practitioner but a subsequent phone call from their "office staff" made me feel VERY UNWELCOME in its' tone; I tried to ask a question but that seemed to be "in violation" of what I'm being told to do(couldn't ask doc or np); with SERIOUS health issues I will survive but the interaction with their office staff was quite an unpleasant experience I hope others don't endure. It wasn't a warm welcome on my first visit either as compared to other medical office staff - cold compared to others. A... read more
