I called this company on a Thursday around 5pm asking for details for a job that was needed to install on Monday morning. From the moment I called, through the sample process, and till delivery - there was nothing but absolute quality and urgency! I took my flooring in on Friday around lunch time - and by the end of the day they left the completed stairnose mouldings for me to pick up that night. Chris and Chris were both excellent! Stairs look absolutely amazing and the client is super happy.
Great custom-made stair nose! We were caught in the middle of a remodel with 2400 ft.² I would, and we could not start because the manufacturer could not produce stair nose. Stefan and his crew have a custom solution using our wood to create the stair nose. A local connection got us to the head of the line and product was built from scratch in five days.
