Poor management skills We ended up leaving the apartments we were living in that were managed by ACM. When we moved in, there were different owners, but it was sold to ACM shortly thereafter. They sent out a letter detailing all of the issues they were going to be addressing/repairing. Over a year later and the problems still weren't fixed... only now we had obnoxious neighbors that were continually getting arrested for domestic violence and NOT getting evicted! The neighbors directly next to us would smoke weed ALL DAY LONG... read more
